How do I reserve a long-term spot at Stoney Acres RV Park?
Reserving a long-term spot is easy. Call us at 940-242-1554 or send a message through our contact form to check availability and book your spot. Tell us your RV length and your planned move-in date and we'll match you to the right site.
How much does a long-term RV site cost?
RV sites are $600 per month plus electricity. Each spot has its own electric meter, so you pay only for the power you actually use. Water and sewer are included in the monthly rate.
What amenities are available for long-term residents?
Long-term residents enjoy full hookups, 30 and 50 amp circuits, individually metered electricity, a secure and quiet park, a 2-acre dog park, and spacious sites that fit any size RV. Mobile homes include electricity and water service.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes. Stoney Acres is a long-term park with a minimum stay of 6 months for both RV sites and mobile homes. We do not offer nightly or weekly stays.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly park and welcome your furry companions. There is a 2-acre dog park on site where your dogs can run.
Can I personalize my long-term space?
Absolutely. We encourage residents to make their space their own — decorate your mobile home or RV area to create a comfortable, personalized retreat.
What size RV can the sites accommodate?
Our sites are spacious and can accommodate any size RV, including large Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers, with both 30 amp and 50 amp service available.
Where is Stoney Acres RV Park located?
We are located at 9970 PR 5915, Ponder, TX 76259, about 8 miles west of Denton, Texas. Denton, UNT, and TWU are roughly 15 minutes away; Fort Worth and Dallas are about 40 minutes via I-35 and US-380.
Do you rent mobile homes?
Yes. Stoney Acres has 26 mobile homes available for long-term rent with electricity and water service. Availability and rent vary by home, so please call for current options.
Can I live in an RV full-time at Stoney Acres?
Yes. Stoney Acres is designed for long-term and full-time RV living. Many of our residents have called the park home for years.
